Preheat oil in pan, add the chopped onions and garlic. Cook until tender.

Add the soy sauce, mushrooms and diced eggplant.

Add the spices, psyllium, parsley, basil and water as needed.

Once the eggplant is soft, stir in the meat grounds and the beans. Continue
to cook for 5 mins on medium heat. -
Serve with 1 cup cooked barley.
