Preheat oven to 425°F.
Combine dry ingredients (oat bran, psyllium, baking powder, salt, sugar).
Combine wet ingredients (soy milk, vanilla extract, oil).
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until combined. Add in blueberries and mix until combined.
Pour into muffin cups.
Bake for 20 mins, until top is golden brown. Remove from oven and cool.
Top with 1 tsp margarine before enjoying.
