Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly wash chickpeas and dry.

  2. In a bowl, drizzle canola oil on chickpeas.

  3. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, minced ginger, chopped tomatoes, ground cumin, crushed black pepper, red chili powder and finely chopped walnuts on the oiled chickpeas.

  4. Mix all spices with chickpeas until well incorporated.

  5. Season with salt.

  6. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve cool.

Note

  • Adjust seasoning and spices according to preference.
  • Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to a week.
