  1. In a small container or mason jar, whisk together chia seeds, psyllium husk, and soy milk. While whisking, drizzle in maple syrup.

  2. Chill in the fridge covered overnight, or at least 2 hours, to allow the mixture to reach a pudding-like consistency.

  3. Just before serving, stir in the package of plant sterols and top with berries. Enjoy!
