Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Coarsely chop garlic cloves and onion.

In a food processor or blender, add all the ingredients and blend until a chunky paste is created.

Using a tablespoon, divide mixture into 12 large spoonfuls and roll into a ball using your hands. Place each ball on the baking sheet and push down slightly.

Place baking sheet in oven for 30 mins, or until golden brown.

Once cooked, allow to cool down slightly before serving. Enjoy with roasted eggplant or sandwiched between oat bran bread!
