Ingredients

Instructions

  1. To a food processor, add the chickpeas, vanilla, salt, cocoa, psyllium husk, and soy milk.

  2. Puree until the mixture is smooth, then add sweetener and more soy milk, if needed.

  3. Serve as is, or top with nuts and fruits. Eat right away, or store in fridge for at least two hours. The hummus will thicken in the fridge.

Note

Eat with berries or pears to complement the dark chocolate.
