Instructions

  1. In a microwaveable dish, microwave frozen shelled edamame for 3-4 mins or until cooked. Rinse with cold water to cool.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage and carrot. Stir in the cooked edamame.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, oil, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, nut butter, ginger powder, garlic powder, and salt.

  4. Add the sauce to the cabbage mixture and mix until combined.

  5. Divide into 4 servings and top each serving with 1 tsp sesame seeds and approximately 9 nuts.

  6. Enjoy immediately with lunch or as a dinner side.
