In a microwaveable dish, microwave frozen edamame and corn for 3-4 minutes or until cooked. Rinse with cold water to cool.

Meanwhile, combine the red pepper, tomato, and cilantro in a medium-sized bowl. Stir in the cooked edamame and corn.
