Cut tofu into 1⁄2 inch slices, about 10 slices. Place inside a shallow baking pan.

Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over tofu slices. Allow to marinate overnight or at least 1 hour, turning once or twice.

Bake in oven at 350°F for 20-30 mins or until the liquid has evaporated.
Note
- Best served fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
- Does not store well in the freezer once baked.
