Oat Bran Bread with Psyllium

Measure warm water, psyllium, salt and sugar into a mixing bowl. Add oat bran, gluten flour, dry yeast. Lightly grease or spray a (4”x8”) loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350°F.

Begin to mix dough; it will become thick and dough-like. Dough forms quickly in a mixer (5-7 min). When dough balls come away from the side of the bowl, sprinkle a small amount of oat bran on the table. Knead the dough to form a
smooth loaf. -
Shape dough into a pan. Cover and place in a warm spot for 10-15 mins, until risen to the top of the bread pan.

Bake at 350°F for 40-50 mins. To the brown crust, increase oven to 400°F for 5 mins. Remove from pan to cool.
