Instructions

  1. In a medium sized saucepan, add dry oats and soy milk. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

  2. Reduce to medium heat and let simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until desired consistency.

  3. Reduce temperature to low, adding in the protein powder and mixing to combine.

  4. Serve immediately, topping with nut butter and psyllium husk.
