Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Coarsely chop raw pistachios and dried apricots.

  2. Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine all ingredients and mix in a large bowl.

  3. Place mixture evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 mins.

  4. Let the granola cool and enjoy with a fortified soy beverage or soy yogurt.

  5. Store remaining granola in refrigerator.
