  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, mix chickpeas and oil and toss together.

  3. Spread dressed chickpea onto baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes, or bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until crisp.

  4. Remove chickpeas from oven and toss with paprika while still warm.


  • Store roasted chickpeas at room temperature in a
    loosely-covered container.
  • Use within 1-2 days of roasting.
  • Add roasted chickpeas to soups and salads for additional crunch and protein!
