Roasted Chickpeas

Preheat oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix chickpeas and oil and toss together.

Spread dressed chickpea onto baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes, or bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until crisp.

Remove chickpeas from oven and toss with paprika while still warm.
Note
- Store roasted chickpeas at room temperature in a
loosely-covered container. - Use within 1-2 days of roasting.
