Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat.

  2. Once pan and oil is hot, add tofu and pan-sear until golden brown all over.

  3. Add soy sauce and green onions, reduce heat to medium and cook for ~ 5 mins.

  4. Remove from heat and sprinkle sesame seeds. Toss to combine.

  5. Serve with barley.
