  1. Heat the oil in a pot over medium high heat. Add the onion, garlic and celery, and sauté for 1-2 mins.

  2. Add the chili powder, veggie meat grounds, tomatoes, and soybeans. Add broth to cover.

  3. Bring chili ingredients to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for about 30 mins.

  4. Adjust taste with salt and pepper.
