  1. In a blender, add all ingredients together.

  2. Blend smoothie on high for 60 seconds, for a smoother texture blend for an additional 60 seconds.

Note

  • Stores well in the fridge for up to a day.
  • Use frozen berries for a cold and thicker smoothie. If you don’t have frozen berries, add a few ice cubes instead.
  • Try it as a smoothie bowl! Make the smoothie recipe, then pour into a bowl and top with 1 cup sliced berries, 1 tbsp ground flax seeds, and 1⁄2 cup All Bran Buds with Psyllium for an additional 2.5 points!
