Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Brown the onions in oil. Add the curry and garlic, and cook for several minutes. Add the chickpeas and toss to coat.

  2. Add the tomatoes, tofu, sweet potato, Worcestershire sauce, (raisins), and enough water to cover.

  3. Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Simmer until the sweet potato is tender.
